Ecoflor worked with Interserve on the refurbishment of an empty industrial building for automotive parts manufacturer Toyoda Gosei. A sample area was prepared for approval before the main installation.
Preparation and finish
More than 20 years of previous resin paint finishes were ground off before the slab was polished. An HTC 1500ixt ride-on grinder worked alongside walk-behind machines, with day and night shifts organised around a tight programme.
Completed work
Nearly 8,000 m² of HTC Superfloor polished concrete was completed. Ecoflor subsequently installed more than two kilometres of demarcation, including line marking and crossings. The project combines coating removal, slab refurbishment and operational floor layout.
